University of Copenhagen and Healthcare Denmark enter strategic partnership
The aim of the partnership is to foster international cooperation and showcase the unique strengths of Denmark's healthcare and life science ecosystem, innovation and research.
Denmark is a world leader in healthcare and life science, and the University of Copenhagen (UCPH) is one of the leading life science universities in Europe. By partnering up the aim is to facilitate more international cooperation for UCPH researchers and innovators and to further strengthen Healthcare Denmark's ability to present the Danish healthcare and life science ecosystem to international decision-makers, researchers and healthcare leaders.
An important element in the partnership is to support the international ambitions of Innovation District Copenhagen, where research, healthcare, companies, public actors and investors are brought closer together to accelerate innovation within life science, health and other areas of societal importance.
